How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping method you select at the order level (Standard Ground, Two Day, or Overnight etc.). We will sometimes offer free shipping or discounted shipping for specific shipping methods in select categories, or free shipping site-wide.
In how many shipments will my order be shipped?
The number of shipments we make for your order is dependent upon our fulfillment network and the type of items ordered.
Depending on where in our fulfillment network the items you ordered happen to be located they may be shipped separately.
Items requiring special shipping and handling (for example, items that are large and/or heavy) may also be shipped separately.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. This also applies to FedEx Standard Overnight® orders.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only ship to addresses in the continental U.S.
What types of shipping do you offer?
On most items we offer: FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Ground
For larger items (over 150lbs), FedEx Freight rates and delivery will be applied.
Can items from the same order be shipped to different addresses?
If you need deliveries to different addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Can I reroute a package that has already been sent out to me?
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment as soon as we release it to the delivery company. We cannot adjust your shipping address once your order has shipped. However, you may be able to call the delivery company with your tracking number and request a reroute, but that is between you and the delivery company.
